The six-week launch: inside our process, week by week.

Brief to launch in six weeks sounds like a sales line. It’s actually a constraint we designed our whole studio around.

Six weeks is long enough to do real strategy and short enough that nobody loses the thread. It’s also how long most of our clients can keep a launch secret. So we built a process that fits exactly inside it.

Weeks one and two: earn the right to design

We interview customers, read support tickets and sit in on sales calls. By the end of week two the brief fits on one page and everyone has signed it — including the person who will say no at the end if we skip this step.

No big reveals. If the final presentation surprises you, we’ve already failed.

Weeks two to five: work in the open

Every Friday you get a ten-minute video walking through what changed and why. Live links, not PDFs. Feedback lands in one shared doc so nothing contradicts itself in an inbox.

Ferro’s configurator was tested with real riders in week four — two days before the build started.

Week six: launch, then stay

We launch together, usually on a Tuesday. Then we stay for thirty days, watching the numbers and fixing what the real world finds. The project ends when the metric moves, not when the files are delivered.
