Nordly Air
An airline rebrand that starts at the tail fin.

(01) Overview
Nordly is a regional airline flying 42 routes across the Nordics. We led a full rebrand — strategy, identity, livery, cabin and the motion language for every screen from booking to boarding.
(02) The challenge
What stood in the way.
An airline brand lives on a 40-metre fuselage and a 40-pixel app icon, at 6am and in a snowstorm. It had to work at both extremes, and the new livery had to be applied during routine maintenance, one aircraft at a time.
(03) The approach
How we cracked it.
The mark is a single horizon line that bends as it moves — on the tail it reads as a fjord, in the app it becomes the progress bar. A cool palette pulled from Nordic winter light, and a type system tested at 20 metres and 8 pixels.
